Service Description

These free weekly sessions offer a calm, structured space to help you focus and follow through—especially on the tasks you’ve been avoiding. Whether you're replying to emails, writing, planning, or clearing your mental clutter, you're not doing it alone. Join Dr Gemma and a small group (max 6 people) in a quiet virtual co-working space, where simply showing up together creates momentum. Designed with neurodivergent thinkers in mind, but open to all who crave soft structure and steady support. ✅ Free and welcoming 📍 Held on Zoom each week 💬 Includes optional intention setting and check-ins 🤫 Quiet co-working time with mics off/cameras optional 🧠 Ideal for ADHD, burnout, and executive functioning support 👥 Small group format (maximum 6 participants) Make gentle progress. One focused session at a time.
