Why Choose Me?

Coaching is currently an unregulated profession and anyone can call themselves a coach whether that is a life coach, health coach or ADHD coach.

I am a medical doctor and I have spent over 20 years studying, training and working in the field of health care and have gained multiple professional qualifications including a degree in primary health care (BSc) and a medical degree (MBBS). I have then further trained and subspecialised as a paediatrician (MRCPCH). I have gained my level 5 diploma in Health and Wellness Coaching (HCA) and I am an accredited ADHD coach (UCA).

I am an active member of the Association for Coaching and the Universal Coaching Alliance.

I have helped many people through coaching to set goals, identify their strengths and challenges, reframe negative thinking and form new, helpful habits which has led to a more positive impact on their confidence, self esteem, executive function, relationships, resilience and overall perspective of life.

A Bit About Me

I'm based in Bath and love spending time outdoors with my boys and family. Keeping active is important to me—whether it's a walk in nature or a quick workout to clear my head.

Like many of us, I know what it’s like to juggle a busy life, the demands of family, and the pressure to keep all the plates spinning. That’s why I truly understand the value of looking after yourself and finding the right balance—it's something I work on too.
