​​As a Paediatric doctor and experienced coach, I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space where teenagers can:

Coaching is not therapy, but it offers many of the same benefits—However it looks forward and focuses on the future, not the past, It’s goal-focused, empowering, and led by the young person.

How It Works

My approach is warm, structured, and rooted in years of experience supporting young people in healthcare and education.

  • Parental involvement is encouraged, but always with the teen’s consent and comfort in mind

  • Confidentiality is respected at all times, with safeguarding protocols in place for any serious concerns

Together, we create small, manageable steps that help teens feel more in control of their lives and choices.
