What is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative process between the coach and client, where the coach listens, asks questions, and provides feedback to help the client gain clarity, focus, and direction.

Coaches may specialise in specific areas such as career coaching, relationship coaching, health and wellness coaching, personal development coaching or neurodiversity coaching.​
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or consulting, and it does not focus on diagnosing or treating mental health disorders. Instead, coaching focuses on helping clients identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take action towards their goals.
