Why Work with Me?

​

I’m a Paediatric doctor with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, education, and support. Throughout my career, I’ve mentored and coached doctors at every stage—from medical students and residents to SAS doctors and consultants.

​

My roles have included:

  • Educational Supervisor & Specialty Tutor

  • Coach within NHS postgraduate medical education

  • Neurodiversity Support Lead for resident doctors

​

My own path has been non-linear. I’ve had to make conscious decisions to balance work, family, and life outside medicine. It hasn’t always been easy, and I understand first-hand the stress and complexity of staying well in the NHS.

 

Through coaching, I help doctors just like you find clarity, confidence, and a way forward that truly fits—whether that’s inside medicine, outside of it, or somewhere in between.
